SACRED SISTERHOOD: Coming Home To The Seat of Truth

A series of in-person gathering for pussy owners.

Sacred Sisterhood is a space to come home to yourself — your body, your truth, your desire.

In a world that has taught us to doubt, shame, compare, and apologise for our needs, this is a space to rewrite those stories — not superficially, but deeply, into our bones, blood, and cells.

Together, we gather in sisterhood to honour the full spectrum of who we are — the soft and the fierce, the sacred and the messy — through movement, breath, touch, sound, and deep listening to the body.

This is a consent-led space where pleasure is welcome, truth is honoured, and your no is just as sacred as your yes or maybe.

🌷 This is not about performance.

🌷 It’s about presence.

🌷It’s about moving only as fast as the safest part of you feels safe to go.

MARCH THEME: Pelvic Presence 🧘‍♀️

Coming home to the seat of truth

So many of us live from the heart up — open, caring, available — while our pelvis remains distant, numb, or disconnected.

Yet the pelvis is not just sexual. It is where we feel grounded. It is where we feel resourced. It is where we feel here.

And for many of us, being here is not the same as feeling truly at home in our bodies.

We may be present, functional, aware — yet still subtly bracing, holding, or hovering just above ourselves.

This gathering is an invitation to move beyond simply being “here” and into feeling at home.

At home in the pelvis.
At home in sensation.
At home in your own weight, breath, and inner rhythms.

Not to open anything.
Not to create arousal.
Not to push or perform.

And at the same time, in my experience, this is where arousal is naturally born — not through effort or technique, but through presence.

When we soften into the pelvis, when we slow down enough to truly arrive, aliveness begins to move on its own.  Pleasure arises without doing anything. Energy stirs without being summoned. This is not something we make happen. It is something we allow.

Through breath, slow somatic awareness, and gentle embodied practices, we explore what it feels like to inhabit the pelvis as a place of safety, truth, and belonging.

We’ll explore:

💫 The difference between being present and feeling at home in the body

💫 How disconnection from the pelvis can show up as dissociation, over-giving, or confusion

💫 The relationship between pelvic presence, boundaries, and self-trust

💫 How coming home to the pelvis supports safer pleasure and clearer choice

This is not about doing it right. It is about noticing what is here, and allowing yourself to stay.

You are welcome in stillness or movement, in sensation or numbness, in curiosity or resistance.

Everything is invitational. Everything is optional. Your body sets the pace. Your truth leads the way.
