We all need touch and connection. But how do you navigate getting these needs met in an empowered, authentic way? This workshop will introduce you to a simple yet profound tool for negotiating connection, rooted in the principles of consent.
This is a journey of deepening self-connection and self-awareness. When you are in touch with yourself and your feelings in an embodied way, you can make clearer choices, rewire old patterns of relating, and experience a more profound sense of connection—with yourself, others, and the world around you.
The tools you will learn and embody during this immersive week in Greece will bring greater integrity, self-responsibility, confidence, and freedom into all your relationships.
Over the course of the week, you will:
✦ Activate your somatic inflow, regulate your nervous system, and awaken sensation in your skin
✦ Discover the power of noticing your present-moment experience
✦ Expand your ability to be present with and communicate vulnerable feelings
✦ Dramatically improve the quality of your touch
✦ Experience the distinction between giving and receiving—and the profound impact of both
✦ Explore the four ways of interacting via touch (based on ‘who is doing the action’ and ‘who it is for’) and the joys of each
✦ Learn how to create clear and impeccable agreements with others
✦ Connect to your desires and develop confidence in asking for what you want
✦ Learn the power and importance of “no”—noticing and communicating your boundaries
✦ Identify and release unconscious survival strategies such as people-pleasing, victimhood, and unspoken expectations
✦ Make empowered choices with awareness and self-responsibility
✦ Expand your capacity for pleasure, joy, and embodied presence
This is an experiential workshop where we will explore through conscious touch, meditation, movement, breathwork, and sharing. You will have the opportunity to take part in solo and partnered touch practices—but participation in any exercise is always a choice. Consent is at the heart of this work, ensuring that every interaction is rooted in clarity and sovereignty.
Although we will explore consent through the medium of touch, the awareness and communication skills gained here will ripple into all areas of life. This workshop is for anyone seeking to deepen their relationships—whether with intimate partners, friends, family, or colleagues. No prior experience is needed.
This approach is based on Somatic Consent, an engagement system that supports you in connecting with yourself and others on a richer, deeper level. It brings you into awareness of your sensations, feelings, and choices, leading to greater self-trust and authenticity in all your interactions.
This workshop is a unique combination of a retreat, a learning experience, and a community immersion at Kalikalos Community, a holistic retreat centre on Greece’s stunning Pelion Peninsula. Surrounded by lush forests and breathtaking beaches, Kalikalos offers the perfect setting to drop deeply into connection with yourself, others, and the natural world.
The mornings will be dedicated to the workshop process while the afternoons will be spent on the beaches basking in the sun, swimming in the Aegean Sea, visiting nearby waterfalls, or simply relaxing in a hammock and enjoying the natural beauty of the surrounds. It’s a really fantastic location to unwind and be nourished by both nature and community connection.
As part of the community immersion, we will join in a community circle on the first morning and complete the week by gathering with the community for a fire-side sharing circle on the last evening. We’ll take part in community activities such as helping with meals and we’ll share delicious home-cooked vegetarian meals together under the grapevine cover of the outdoor dining area.
After the workshop, you have the option to stay for an additional 7-day integration period to further embody and integrate your experiences. This week offers a more relaxed pace, giving you space to process what you’ve learned while remaining in the supportive environment of Kalikalos.
This integration week is ideal for those who wish to take the time to land fully in their new awareness before returning to daily life.
❛ What I’ve learned in this workshop will change my life. ❜
❛ I learned so much that is directly applicable to my real-life relationships and interactions. ❜
❛ The facilitators embodied the principles of consent with such clarity and compassion. It was inspiring to see this approach lived out in everyday interactions. ❜
❛ I felt so held by the beautiful location and the sense of community. The balance of deep exploration in the mornings and beach time in the afternoons was perfect. Highly recommended! ❜
❛ I discovered how hard it was for me to say “no”—and even harder to know what I actually wanted. Thanks to this workshop, I now have tools to navigate these challenges and live more authentically. ❜
Join us for a week of exploration, expansion, and embodiment in one of the most beautiful settings in Greece—with the option to stay longer and let it all settle deeply into your being.
